    Will I have a chance to preview the design?

    Yes. After you place your order, we will contact you by email within two business days to confirm the placement, font, size, and / or artwork. You are also welcome to email us at hi@apexcoollabs.com!

    How long will custom engraving take?

    We can normally turn orders around in three business days. If we're going to need a few extra days, we'll let you know.

    Any rules about what can be engraved?

    Yup. Please only request engraving for logos that you have the rights to use. We also reserve the right to refuse a request.
