- Sponsor. Apex Cool Labs, Inc., 2525 Arapahoe Ave Unit E4, #203, Boulder, CO 80302 ("Sponsor").
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.
- Entry period. Begins October 22, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time and ends October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. MT ("Entry Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
- How to enter. Complete the survey at https://form.typeform.com/to/y2LqpOlW, including a valid email address, during the Entry Period. Limit one entry per person and per email address; duplicate entries will be disqualified. Survey answers do not affect odds of winning.
- Prizes. Three (3) prizes. Each winner receives one Narwhals Single palm cooling device. Approximate retail value (ARV): $199 each; total ARV of all prizes: $597. No cash or substitution, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prizes ship to US addresses only.
- Odds. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner selection. On or about October 30, 2026, Sponsor will select three winners by random drawing from all eligible entries.
- Notification. Winners will be notified by the email provided in the survey. Winners must reply within 72 hours with a shipping address and confirmation of eligibility, or the prize is forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn.
- Instagram release. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability related to this promotion.
- Publicity. Sponsor may announce winners by first name and state, or by Instagram handle with the winner's permission. Winners are not required to create or share content. Any content a winner chooses to share may be reposted by Sponsor.
- Taxes. Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize.
- Privacy. Information collected is used to administer this giveaway and to improve Sponsor's products, as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Entrants are added to Sponsor's newsletter only if they opt in.
- General conditions. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules, and may modify or cancel the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or other causes beyond its control affect its fairness. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or notifications.
- Limitation of liability. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, employees, and agents from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or from acceptance or use of a prize.
- Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
